From May 23 to 25, 2025, the ancora Marina in Neustadt in Holstein will once again become a hotspot for boating enthusiasts: The ancora YACHTFESTIVAL opens its doors - and will be even more diverse, impressive and inspiring in its 16th edition.
Germany's largest in-water boat show offers the perfect mix of maritime innovation, exclusive yachting lifestyle and interactive experiences - right on the water.
A festival for all boating enthusiasts
Over 160 exhibitors will be presenting their latest motor and sailing yachts, innovative boat accessories and maritime services in an impressive variety. With around 170 boats and yachts of renowned brands from 6 to 24 meters in length, the entire spectrum of modern yachting can be experienced.
In addition to the elegant yachts on the jetties, visitors can look forward to a 1,500 m² exhibition hall and over 100 pagodas in which leading manufacturers present high-quality equipment, accessories and innovations for all aspects of water sports.
Power & elegance: motor yachts at the ancora YACHTFESTIVAL
This is where performance meets luxury: the yacht festival presents an impressive selection of motor yachts from leading brands. Manufacturers such as Sunseeker, Princess, Absolute, Targa, Fjord, Marex, Bavaria and Sago will be showcasing their latest models - from luxurious cruisers to sporty performance boats. These motor yachts combine state-of-the-art technology, powerful drives and stylish design - a highlight for all those who love speed and elegance on the water.
Scandinavian excellence: craftsmanship, design & innovation
A special focus this year is on sailing yachts from Scandinavia. Shipyards from Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland are known worldwide for their perfect craftsmanship, innovative technology and timeless elegance.
Visitors can look forward to renowned Scandinavian brands, including Hallberg-Rassy, Najad, Arcona and Linjett from Sweden as well as X-Yachts, Faurby, Nordship and Dragonfly from Denmark. These yachts stand for top quality, seaworthiness and stylish design - ideal for ambitious sailors and lovers of classic boat building.
Catamarans - loft on the water
Catamarans are still in vogue! Whether as motor or sailing catamarans, multihulls are becoming increasingly popular. The reasons for this are their outstanding stability, generous living comfort, sustainable propulsion technologies and impressive performance.
A separate area of the festival is therefore dedicated to leading catamaran brands such as Lagoon, Fountaine Pajot, Jeanneau and Excess. These modern yachts offer luxurious living spaces with panoramic views and innovative concepts for relaxed cruising or sporty sailing - perfect for families, charter customers and long-distance sailors.

The ancora YACHTFESTIVAL is more than just a boat show - it is an event to experience and participate in. Exciting expert presentations, workshops and live demonstrations offer valuable insights for sailors, motorboat fans and beginners.
Visitors can test the latest fun sports equipment on the Yacht Festival beach, while interactive hands-on activities for young and old fill the festival grounds with life. For all those who want to discover boating for themselves, there will be taster sailing sessions on large yachts - organized by the German Sailing Association in cooperation with the Schleswig-Holstein Sailing Association.
Saturday evening highlight: ancora HAFENNACHT with Max & Friends
A special highlight awaits visitors on Saturday, May 24, from 6 p.m.: Hafennacht brings the best live music directly to the harbor with Max & Friends. The band, which is well-known in the region, creates an atmospheric ambience with its rousing sound in the unique setting of the ancora marina - the perfect way to end the day with music, maritime flair and a relaxed atmosphere!
A maritime highlight on the Bay of Lübeck
Around 18,000 water sports enthusiasts are expected to be inspired by the festival's unique atmosphere. In addition to the latest trends in the industry, the festival also invites visitors to enjoy themselves: Delicious food, relaxed lounges and the unmistakable maritime flair make a visit to the 5-star ancora Marina an unforgettable experience on the Bay of Lübeck.
