Hvar is one of Croatia’s most fashionable island yacht destinations, known for Hvar Town, Venetian architecture, nightlife, beach clubs, lavender landscapes, clear water and nearby island anchorages.
The Pakleni Islands, just off Hvar Town, are central to the yacht experience, offering anchorages, beach restaurants and sheltered stops. Hvar is often visited as part of a Dalmatian itinerary with Split, Brač, Vis, Korčula, Dubrovnik and Trogir.
For yachts, Hvar combines scenic island cruising with social energy. It is popular in high summer, so berthing, anchoring, tenders and restaurant arrangements should be planned carefully.
