Marina Stars are planned as part of the Superyacht Guide Awards system.
They will recognise marinas and ports that offer notable value to superyachts, owners, guests, captains, crew and charter operations.
Marina ratings may consider berthing and access, superyacht capacity, security, crew facilities, guest experience, concierge services, fuel and technical support, customs and immigration support, location value, destination appeal and environmental standards.
Marina Stars use different criteria from Yacht Stars. A five-star marina and a five-star yacht are not judged by the same standards.
Marina Stars are editorial ratings, not official port certification, safety approval, environmental certification or a guarantee of berth availability.
