Sardinia is a premier Mediterranean yacht island with Costa Smeralda, Porto Cervo, turquoise anchorages and strong luxury charter appeal.

Sardinia is one of the Mediterranean’s premier yacht cruising islands, known for turquoise water, granite coastlines, beaches, anchorages, luxury resorts, strong summer yacht culture and access to the Maddalena Archipelago.

The northeast coast and Costa Smeralda are the most famous yacht areas, but the wider island offers varied cruising from Cagliari and Villasimius in the south to Alghero and the rugged west coast. Porto Cervo remains the best-known luxury hub.

For yachts, Sardinia combines glamorous marina life with outstanding natural anchorages. It works well with Corsica, the Balearics, mainland Italy and longer Western Mediterranean itineraries.
