For yachts, Vavaʻu has strong appeal because of its protected cruising environment and authentic South Pacific atmosphere. It is especially attractive for nature-focused itineraries, sailing yachts and expedition-minded guests.
Activities can include snorkeling, diving, whale watching by licensed operators, village visits, cave exploration and quiet anchorage-based cruising.
