Kaos is a 110.1-metre custom motor yacht built by Oceanco and delivered in 2017. Originally launched as Jubilee, she was one of the largest yachts built in the Netherlands at the time and remains one of Oceanco’s most recognisable large custom projects.
The yacht has exterior design by Igor Lobanov and interior design by Sam Sorgiovanni. Her exterior is highly distinctive, with a sculptural superstructure, strong horizontal layering and a visual identity unlike more conventional large motor yachts. The design was intended to create a sense of movement, scale and drama across multiple decks.
Kaos was built to the Passenger Yacht Code and has large-volume accommodation for up to 30 to 32 guests, depending on reporting and operational configuration. She carries a crew of around 39 and has a gross tonnage of approximately 4,523 GT.
Oceanco has described Kaos as a fully turn-key delivery, supplied with owner’s equipment ranging from tenders and water toys to loose furniture, china and silverware. This reflects the high level of completion and operational readiness expected of a yacht of her class.
Publicly reported features include a large pool, beach club, extensive tender and toy storage, large guest spaces, an owner’s deck and broad exterior areas. Her size and Passenger Yacht Code compliance make her suited to very large guest parties and formal hospitality.
Kaos is significant for her bold design language, scale and complex build. She remains a major example of Oceanco’s ability to deliver visually distinctive giga yacht projects for demanding private clients.
