Turquoise Yachts has delivered M/Y ANGELIQUE, formerly Project VENTO, marking a major milestone for the Turkish superyacht industry.
Turquoise Yachts has marked a major milestone for both the shipyard and the Turkish superyacht industry with the delivery of M/Y ANGELIQUE, a new 87.7-metre flagship described by the yard as the largest yacht ever built in Turkey.
Formerly known as Project VENTO, ANGELIQUE represents a significant step forward for Turkish large-yacht construction. Built by Turquoise Yachts, the yacht combines large-volume engineering, contemporary styling and a strong presence within the upper end of the global custom superyacht fleet.
The yard celebrated the achievement with the statement: “We are delighted to celebrate the delivery of M/Y ANGELIQUE, the largest yacht ever built in Turkey.”
At approximately 87.7 metres, ANGELIQUE is not only Turquoise Yachts’ largest yacht to date, but also a benchmark for Turkey’s growing position in the international superyacht sector. The yacht was developed with exterior and interior design by H2 Yacht Design and naval architecture by Turquoise Yachts.
Her profile is defined by a distinctive blue hull, elegant five-deck arrangement and substantial internal volume. Publicly released information for the project highlights a large guest and crew arrangement, long-range capability and the scale expected of a modern flagship yacht.
The delivery of M/Y ANGELIQUE follows a series of major Turquoise Yachts fleet milestones, including GO, ROE, INFINITE JEST and NYMPHEAS.
For Turquoise Yachts, ANGELIQUE strengthens the yard’s position in the 70-metre-plus and 80-metre-plus custom yacht sector. For Turkey, the delivery is equally symbolic, demonstrating the country’s ability to deliver a technically ambitious, design-led yacht at the upper end of the global superyacht fleet.
M/Y ANGELIQUE is therefore more than a new flagship for Turquoise Yachts. She is a statement yacht for Turkish yacht building: large, complex, contemporary and internationally significant.
