Yotspot is an online recruitment, jobs and training platform for the yachting industry. Founded in Antibes in 2009, it connects yacht crew, employers, agencies and training providers through job listings, candidate profiles, crew-search tools and maritime training-course listings. The platform supports both onboard and shore-based career searches and provides employers with recruitment tools for finding and managing candidates. Yotspot’s official history says the business began after its founder experienced the difficulties of finding yacht work firsthand and developed the service to make recruitment and training discovery easier across the international yachting market.
