The holiday table moves into the villa
For guests seeking privacy ashore, Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla is bringing a dedicated Uchi chef into its villas, penthouses and townhomes for the 2026 festive season. The Uchi at Home programme is scheduled from 23 December to 1 January, with bespoke multi-course omakase meals offered to just two parties per evening.
It is a different proposition from a conventional restaurant reservation, giving a travelling group the chance to dine together in a residence. The hotel also plans a takeaway Uchi selection through room service, with individual availability and menu arrangements subject to direct confirmation.
A culinary calendar across the island stay
Chef Esther Choi is scheduled to present contemporary Korean cooking at Sunset Lounge from 19 to 23 December. Chef Mika Leon follows with Latin-inspired dishes at Salt from 27 December through 1 January, while mixologist Lorenzo Antinori plans a ViceVersa cocktail residency at Sunset Lounge from 21 December to the start of the new year.
The programme combines international guest talent with Anguilla's own food culture, including a Fire & Flavor event featuring local chefs and artisans. It also retains the resort's Fish Market Experience on Meads Bay Beach, bringing the coastline into the dining story.
Time between meals
The November calendar includes tennis and pickleball sessions led by Nick Monroe and Donald Young, alongside a visiting wellness specialist later in the month. These are scheduled guest experiences rather than permanent additions to the resort, so timing matters for anyone building a longer Caribbean itinerary.

New Year's Eve beside the water
The holiday schedule culminates with an A-Trak performance at Sunset Lounge, entertainment from Spencer Ludwig and a separate family celebration. The resort describes oceanfront dining and fireworks as part of its 31 December programme, offering different settings for adults and families.
For a superyacht group arriving by sea, the relevant practical detail remains the independent arrangement of berth, anchorage, tender and shore transfers.
