Bentley and British jeweller Boodles have expanded their collaboration into two Mulliner specifications available across the Bentley model range.
Two British luxury houses move from one-off to wider commission
Bentley and Boodles have expanded a collaboration that began with a one-off Continental GTC into two bespoke specifications available across the Bentley range. The programme brings jewellery references into cabin colour, embroidery and material details.
Clients can choose Standard or Dark interpretations, allowing the idea to move between a lighter contemporary mood and a richer, more dramatic interior. The partnership remains focused on subtle identity rather than covering the car in brand logos.
Diamond motifs appear inside the cabin
Mulliner incorporates Boodles’ Be Boodles diamond motif into selected interior details and offers a diamond-set centre-console element. Colour combinations and stitching further translate the jeweller’s visual language into automotive materials.
The challenge is to make jewellery-inspired elements feel permanent and usable rather than fragile decoration. Bentley’s cabin surfaces must still tolerate temperature, sunlight and years of contact while maintaining the finish expected from both brands.
Cross-category commissions are increasingly attractive
Collectors rarely restrict themselves to one category, so collaborations between cars, jewellery, watches and fashion can feel natural when the same client already buys from both worlds. The strongest projects use shared craft values rather than simple co-branding.
For superyacht owners, these objects may ultimately sit together within the same lifestyle: jewellery worn aboard, a Bentley waiting at the marina and bespoke interiors specified with similar attention. That overlap makes the collaboration commercially logical as well as decorative.
