Bugatti is taking its Art de Vivre into Miami with its first US branded residential development, planned for a rare waterfront site in Brickell.
Bugatti is extending its world beyond hypercars with Bugatti Residences Miami, the marque's first branded residential development in the United States. The project is planned for one of Brickell's remaining waterfront parcels, giving residents direct access toward Biscayne Bay while remaining close to Miami's financial, cultural and dining districts.
From Molsheim to Miami
The development is being created with Prosper Group and Versluys Group, while Bugatti is guiding the overall design language. Rather than applying a logo to a conventional tower, the partners say architecture, interiors, arrival, privacy and service are all being considered through the same Art, Forme, Technique philosophy used by the carmaker.
Yabu Pushelberg shapes the interiors
Brandon Haw Architecture is responsible for the architecture and Yabu Pushelberg for the interiors, bringing established luxury-design credentials to the project. That combination matters because branded residences now compete as much on atmosphere, privacy and service as on square footage or skyline views.
White-glove service is part of the proposition
Rhodium has been appointed exclusive global residential operating partner, with Bugatti promising a highly personalised ownership experience and white-glove butler service. The operating model is intended to make the building feel closer to a private hospitality environment than a conventional condominium tower.
Sales are due to launch in 2027
Bugatti says the Miami offering will launch to prospective buyers in 2027, following its branded-residence project in Dubai. For yacht owners already using Miami as a seasonal base, a waterfront residence carrying the same emphasis on design, privacy and service creates an obvious bridge between property, automotive collecting and life on the water.
