Ferrari has launched its first swimwear-focused Summer Capsule, combining resort clothing, nautical colours and surf culture.
Ferrari moves from paddock to beach club
Ferrari’s Summer Capsule introduces the marque’s first dedicated swimwear collection, extending the lifestyle line into coastal and resort dressing. The campaign features surfers Edoardo Papa and Natalie Allegretta, giving the pieces a more active setting than a conventional fashion shoot.
The palette draws on marine blue, white and Ferrari red, with silhouettes designed to move between pool, beach, yacht and town. The idea is less about technical watersports clothing and more about a complete summer wardrobe.
Resort dressing has to work across several settings
Owners and guests moving between yacht, tender, restaurant and hotel rarely want to change style completely at every stop. The collection therefore mixes swimwear with shirts, lightweight layers and accessories that can transition through the day.
That approach suits Mediterranean travel where morning swimming, lunch ashore and an evening in town can all happen within a short distance. Versatility becomes a luxury because it reduces the need for formal wardrobe changes.
The coastal lifestyle is a natural extension for Ferrari
Ferrari has long been associated with Riviera roads, summer touring and Mediterranean destinations. Bringing the fashion line into swimwear formalises a relationship that already exists in the brand’s owner culture.
For SYG readers, the overlap with yacht life is direct. The collection is designed for the same seasonal environment in which cars, marinas, beach clubs and resort hotels form one continuous experience.
