The flagship Four Seasons Toronto has retained two Michelin Keys for 2026, pairing a Yorkville address with Café Boulud, d|bar and a Five-Star spa.
A familiar address earns recognition again
Four Seasons Hotel Toronto has retained Two Michelin Keys in the 2026 Michelin Guide hotel selection. The 18 September announcement places the company's flagship hotel among properties recognised for their individual character, service and connection to the destination, rather than announcing a new building or another restaurant award.
Located in Yorkville, the property provides a city base for travellers visiting galleries, boutiques and restaurants in one of Toronto's central neighbourhoods. The Key distinction concerns the overall hotel experience and should not be confused with a Michelin star for a restaurant.
A place in the brand's history
Toronto is the birthplace of the Four Seasons brand, and the Yorkville property remains its global flagship. That history gives the address a different role from a recently launched resort, although guests will still judge the stay through the individual room, service and dining arrangements they book.
Four Seasons describes the hotel as a contemporary interpretation of the city's hospitality, with attention to design and a sense of place. The Michelin assessment criteria include architecture, consistency of service, personality, value and the relationship between property and location.
Dining and wellness without leaving the hotel
Café Boulud brings French-brasserie cooking to the property, while d|bar offers a more casual social setting. The spa is recognised with a Forbes Five-Star rating and provides a separate reason to plan time at the hotel rather than use it solely for an overnight stay.
Menus, individual treatments and opening hours can change, so a dining-focused trip needs confirmed reservations. The recognition is for the hotel in 2026, not a guarantee that every advertised service will be included in every room rate.
A wider Canadian itinerary
Toronto can form the urban portion of an itinerary that also includes Canada's lake country or an onward coastal destination. It is not itself a saltwater superyacht hub, and marina or vessel arrangements need to be planned independently of the hotel booking.
The official release provides the dated Michelin result and source-specific photograph. It gives readers a current hospitality development without implying a yacht facility at the Yorkville property.
