LUSINE demonstrates how rare materials and bespoke craftsmanship can feel calm rather than theatrical when combined with strong proportions and a private terrace.
Heesen's 60-metre LUSINE is one of the yard's more complex interior projects, yet the result is deliberately serene. Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design uses rare woods, leathers, metals, glass and custom furniture within a 1,079GT yacht whose owner's suite opens to a private aft terrace and whirlpool.
Material richness is controlled rather than displayed
LUSINE uses rare woods and veneers, fine fabrics, leather, bespoke metals and glass across an open-plan main saloon and dining room. The palette is luxurious, but the design relies on proportion and restraint rather than presenting every expensive material as an individual statement.
That approach is important in a yacht of this size because visual overload can make large spaces feel exhausting. By allowing materials to support the architecture, the interior remains calm enough for long-term living instead of feeling like a permanent showroom.
The owner's suite is designed around the view
The full-beam owner's stateroom provides approximately 50 square metres of private space and 180-degree panoramic views. A central king-size bed is set within a layout that gives the room a strong visual focus without losing the surrounding sense of openness.
The suite opens onto a private aft terrace with a whirlpool, allowing the owner to move directly from the bedroom to an outdoor space away from the main guest decks. This creates a private morning and evening routine that does not depend on public areas.
Custom furniture helps unify the interior
Sinot's use of custom-built furniture and lighting allows individual pieces to follow the same design language as the surrounding architecture. This can make a large yacht feel more coherent than an interior assembled from unrelated statement pieces.
The effect is especially useful aboard a vessel where sightlines often run through several spaces at once. Consistency in materials and furniture helps the eye move naturally through the yacht, reducing visual noise and strengthening the sense of calm.

LUSINE combines a 4,200-nautical-mile range with a 17.5-knot top speed, giving the yacht genuine passage-making capability as well as residential volume. That technical reach makes interior comfort more important because the yacht is capable of supporting extended journeys.
Her strongest lifestyle quality is therefore balance. The yacht is richly made but not visually restless, technically capable but not dominated by machinery, and private without becoming disconnected from the sea outside.
