The hotel group's latest Fan Campaign features pianist Yuja Wang and DJ Charlotte de Witte, with new guest dining and wellness experiences inspired by their routines.
Two musicians, two different working lives
Mandarin Oriental has introduced pianist Yuja Wang and electronic-music artist Charlotte de Witte in the latest chapter of its long-running Fan Campaign. Announced on 10 August 2026, the project explores the unseen preparation behind their performances rather than treating them only as recognisable faces in an advertisement.
The films were made at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park in London and Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum. They juxtapose the needs of an international concert pianist and a DJ performing long festival sets, with the hotel group linking both to the idea of attentive individual service.
Late-night food becomes a guest experience
De Witte's post-performance routine inspired In-Room Dining: At Full Volume, a menu conceived for guests returning late from an evening out or a demanding work schedule. The group lists it at selected hotels in Dubai, Paris, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Amsterdam, Milan and New York.
That is an announced hospitality experience rather than a standard menu at every Mandarin Oriental property. Guests should confirm participating hotels, ordering hours and current items when booking.
A wellness treatment shaped by performance
Wang's demanding practice schedule inspired Intelligent Movement: At Full Volume, focusing on hands, wrists, forearms, shoulders and spine alongside facial treatment elements. Mandarin Oriental says the new offering is available across its hotel network, extending the campaign into the actual guest programme.
The treatment is described as wellness and restoration by the operator, not a proven medical intervention. Guests with a condition affecting massage or movement should check whether a particular treatment is suitable for them.
A campaign that extends beyond the portrait
The Fan Campaign has run for more than 25 years, linking the hotel brand with figures from art, sport and culture. The 2026 addition creates a distinct story around classical and electronic music and gives guests optional experiences that reach beyond a photographic advertisement.
The hotel group's official image and release establish the participants and named offerings. Their individual careers and the operator's service claims should not be treated as evidence of a guaranteed personal outcome for a guest.
