The end of the year will bring a programme of food, culture and seasonal gatherings to Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita on Mexico's Pacific coast. Called Tides of Light, the announcement uses the surrounding shoreline and local traditions as inspiration rather than treating every festive resort as interchangeable.
