Signia Hilton Launches a New Recovery-Led Wellness Concept in Indianapolis

Signia Hilton is launching Signia Restore in Indianapolis, bringing performance fitness, advanced recovery technology and personalised wellness guidance into the hotel.

Signia Hilton is preparing a more performance-led approach to hotel wellness with Signia Restore, a new concept debuting at Signia Hilton Indianapolis. Rather than treating fitness and spa services as separate amenities, the programme combines training, recovery, personalised guidance and retail into one integrated guest experience.

Training and recovery are designed together

Signia Restore is built around the idea that travellers should be able to maintain a meaningful fitness and recovery routine while away from home. The concept combines high-performance exercise spaces with recovery tools, allowing guests to move from training into mobility, restoration and physical reset without leaving the wellness area.

That integrated approach reflects how personal fitness has changed. Many travellers now think about recovery as part of performance rather than as an occasional spa treatment, creating demand for hotels that support sleep, movement, mobility and muscle recovery with the same seriousness as conventional gym equipment.

Technology supports a more personalised routine

Hilton says the concept will use advanced recovery technologies alongside personalised wellness guidance. The aim is to help guests choose sessions and tools that fit their own goals and available time rather than pushing everyone through the same preset programme.

For business and leisure travellers, that flexibility matters because hotel schedules vary widely. A guest with thirty minutes before a meeting may need a very different routine from someone spending a full afternoon recovering after travel or an intensive workout.

Indianapolis becomes the launch property

The first Signia Restore will open at Signia Hilton Indianapolis, a major new downtown hotel connected to the Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium. That setting gives the concept exposure to conference guests, sports visitors and leisure travellers with very different wellness needs.

Launching inside a large city hotel is also a useful test because the programme will have to work at scale. If guests use the facility throughout meetings, events and weekend stays, Hilton will gain a clearer view of which recovery services have lasting value beyond a resort or retreat environment.

Hotel wellness keeps moving beyond the spa

Luxury and upper-upscale hotels increasingly treat wellness as part of the full stay rather than a separate appointment. Fitness rooms, sleep programmes, nutrition, recovery and movement are becoming interconnected, reflecting the routines many guests already follow at home.

Signia Restore is a direct response to that shift. By combining exercise, recovery technology, guidance and curated products, the concept gives Hilton a more structured wellness platform and provides travellers with tools intended to help them leave the hotel feeling physically better rather than simply rested.
