The Cannes Yachting Festival returns to Cannes from 8 to 13 September 2026 with the Vieux Port and Port Canto again becoming one of the Mediterranean's largest concentrations of new yachts and brokerage vessels. At the top of the fleet is the 55-metre AFTER YOU, but the rankings also reveal something significant about the contemporary superyacht market: eight of the ten largest yachts currently confirmed for the show fall between 40 and 46 metres.
That concentration makes Cannes particularly interesting for buyers who want to compare very different interpretations of the modern 40-metre-plus yacht in one place. The lineup ranges from established brokerage yachts to brand-new Italian launches and long-range designs, creating a useful cross-section of the sector rather than a simple parade of ever-larger vessels.
The ranking below covers yachts currently confirmed as being displayed as part of the Cannes Yachting Festival rather than larger vessels that may simply be anchored off Cannes during the show. The attendance list remains subject to change before opening day, so late additions or withdrawals could alter the order.

At 55 metres, AFTER YOU is comfortably the largest yacht currently confirmed in the Cannes lineup and gives Heesen the top position. She is followed by the 49.85-metre RENEGADE from Lloyds Ships, creating a clear gap between the two largest yachts and the rest of the field.
Third place goes to the 46-metre PICK UP from Sanlorenzo, bringing the ranking into the size band that dominates the remainder of the Top 10. From this point onward, every yacht on the list measures less than 44 metres, illustrating how strongly the Cannes fleet is concentrated around the 40-to-45-metre market.
In fourth place is SHABBY — Grande 44M, the 43.60-metre Grande 44M from Azimut. Her position is significant because she sits between the three larger yachts and a tightly grouped set of new-generation yachts measuring only a little over 40 metres.
The 41.45-metre EVEN FURTHER from Amer takes fifth place, followed by the 40.80-metre LADY SARAH from Benetti. Together they demonstrate how little length can separate yachts with very different design priorities, internal volumes and intended cruising programmes.
The lower half of the ranking is remarkably tight, with only 50 centimetres separating the 40.70-metre SD132/194 from the 40.20-metre ALEGRE. The 40.60-metre ATTITUDE from Baglietto and the 40.38-metre LORI from Ocean King sit between them, leaving almost no meaningful separation when length alone is considered.
This makes the Cannes display particularly useful for buyers because nominal LOA tells only part of the story. Beam, gross tonnage, layout, construction material, machinery, crew requirements and the way exterior space is distributed can make yachts of nearly identical length feel substantially different in use.
The most striking feature of the ranking is not simply that the show reaches 55 metres, but that the entire Top 10 sits inside the 40–60m sector. Eight yachts are below 46 metres, reinforcing the importance of this size range for owners who want substantial superyacht capability without moving into the operating scale associated with much larger vessels.
For visitors, the result is a concentrated comparison that would be difficult to reproduce outside a major yacht show. A buyer can move from AFTER YOU and RENEGADE to yachts from Azimut, Amer, Benetti, Sanlorenzo and Baglietto while comparing how different builders use almost the same envelope of length.
The Cannes Yachting Festival 2026 opens on 8 September, leaving time for brokers and builders to add yachts or amend their display plans. Any yacht added above 40.20 metres could affect the current Top 10, while a withdrawal could move another yacht into the ranking.
