The 26.7m Sanlorenzo SX88 BELLE DE NUIT is being offered for sale at €4.4 million, with her 2023 refit and triple Volvo Penta IPS drive among the highlights.
BELLE DE NUIT, a Sanlorenzo SX88 motor yacht delivered in 2018, is being offered for sale with an advertised asking price of EUR 4.4 million. YachtBuyer reported the listing on 15 October 2026 and named Rita Bartulane of Moran Yacht & Ship as the broker handling the sale.
The 26.7-metre yacht forms part of the SX88 range, which blends open-plan living with a more purposeful crossover profile. Its design aims to provide a larger connection with the water than some more traditionally divided flybridge motor yachts.
The new sale announcement should be distinguished from the yacht’s established presence in the Mediterranean charter market. A listing for purchase does not automatically mean previously advertised charter programmes have ended, and interested parties should confirm her present commercial status with the broker.
Exterior styling is credited to Officina Italiana Design, with interiors by Marty Lowe and naval architecture by Lou Codega. The vessel has a composite hull, and its published gross tonnage is 115, an indication of enclosed volume rather than displacement.
The 2023 refit is a significant point in the marketing history, but purchasers should establish exactly which systems were renewed and which remain original. A modern appearance cannot by itself establish the condition of propulsion, electrical installations or major structure.
The main saloon uses pale finishes and wide windows to emphasise a relaxed, open plan. Sliding doors connect to the aft deck, making it easier for guests to move between the interior seating and the exterior waterside spaces when conditions permit.
BELLE DE NUIT is powered by three Volvo Penta IPS 1050 diesel propulsion units, each associated with an engine rated at approximately 800 horsepower. The published performance figures are a twenty-knot cruising speed and a top speed of twenty-three knots.
At a slower passage speed of ten knots, the yacht is credited with a range of approximately 1,000 nautical miles from fuel capacity around 9,300 litres. As with all range figures, the actual result depends on operating conditions, loading, machinery condition and the reserves required for safe passage.
The IPS arrangement can provide responsive manoeuvring, but any pre-purchase technical assessment should consider drives, seals, control systems and records of scheduled servicing. Owners should seek professional advice before using published speeds or ranges to determine likely annual costs.
According to Moran’s vessel information, the yacht accommodates eight guests in four cabins, with crew provision for four. The layout includes an owner’s suite, a VIP cabin and two twin cabins, giving the boat flexibility for private family cruising or hosting friends.
A reported shallow draft of 1.7 metres can be useful when planning visits to Mediterranean anchorages, although the captain must still consider local charts and the yacht’s actual loaded draft. Stabilisation equipment adds comfort when anchored, subject to proper operation and maintenance.
The vessel has also been marketed for Mediterranean charter, showing how an SX88 can serve either dedicated owner use or a professionally managed programme. Buyers considering commercial activity must separately verify any permits, coding and flag restrictions relevant to their plans.
The EUR 4.4 million figure is a publicly reported asking price rather than confirmation of an agreed sale value. It should be assessed alongside comparable used SX88 yachts, survey results, the remaining life of major machinery and whether tax has been accounted for in the listing.
An inspection should include the full inventory and refit records, the engine and drive operating history, the yacht’s registration and any ongoing charter commitments. This is particularly important when a vessel may be bought for use in different jurisdictions.
For owners looking for a Sanlorenzo between twenty-four and thirty metres, BELLE DE NUIT offers an established example of the SX crossover approach. The interest of the new listing is the availability of a specific, refitted yacht, not the launch of a newly designed model.
