36.6m ANNE S PIERCE Reduced to $2.95m After Expedition Conversion
Northrop & Johnson has reduced the 36.6-metre expedition yacht ANNE S PIERCE to $2.95 million following her extensive commercial-vessel conversion.
The 28.2-metre Sunseeker BLADE 6 is listed by IYC at €2.1 million following a 2026 refit, with accommodation for eight guests.
IYC is marketing the 28.2-metre Sunseeker BLADE 6 at an asking price of €2.1 million following a comprehensive 2026 refit. The 2009 Predator 92S combines a published 33-knot maximum speed with four guest cabins, stabilizers for use underway and at anchor, and a Don Shead-designed profile.
IYC’s current sales page lists BLADE 6 at €2.1 million, positioning the yacht as a comparatively compact entry into the 24-metre-plus brokerage market. The listing follows a 2026 refit and presents the yacht as ready for a new ownership chapter rather than as a project awaiting major completion work.
The current price should be treated as a live brokerage figure rather than a permanent valuation because asking prices can change during a sales campaign. IYC’s listing provides the authoritative reference for the yacht’s present market position, while any eventual transaction price would remain private unless disclosed by the parties.
BLADE 6 is powered for a published maximum speed of 33 knots, with IYC giving a cruising speed of 26 knots. That performance reflects the Predator series emphasis on fast passages and a lower, sportier profile than the full-displacement yachts that dominate much of the larger superyacht market.
The yacht has a GRP hull and superstructure and carries the styling influence of Don Shead Yacht Design. At 28.2 metres overall with a six-metre beam, she remains large enough to provide separate guest, crew and exterior living areas while retaining the performance character associated with the Sunseeker range.
Accommodation is arranged for eight guests across four double cabins, including two fixed and two convertible arrangements. IYC highlights the full-beam owner’s suite, which includes a private bathroom, a lounge area and a walk-in wardrobe, giving the principal cabin more separation than might be expected at this length.
A skylight above the dining area is another feature of the interior, increasing natural light within the main social space. Exterior areas are distributed across the aft deck, forward seating and upper spaces, while stabilizers operating both underway and at anchor are intended to improve comfort during different stages of a cruise.
BLADE 6 has appeared in IYC’s brokerage history before, but the current listing is materially different because the yacht is now presented following a 2026 refit and at a new asking price. Superyacht Guide is therefore treating the present sales campaign as a current market update rather than repeating the yacht’s earlier brokerage record.
The listing does not itemise every component changed during the latest refit, so no assumptions are being made about individual systems beyond IYC’s published statement that the work was comprehensive. Buyers would still be expected to confirm technical condition, maintenance history and survey findings through the normal due-diligence process before purchase.
