The 28-metre Ferretti 920 Alegria II has been sold after a 2026 refit, with Edmiston representing the seller and ABYS the buyer.
The 28-metre Ferretti 920 Alegria II has been sold, with Stanislas Pozzo di Borgo of Edmiston representing the seller and Alexis Colin of ABYS representing the buyer. The yacht had a last known asking price of €4.95 million.
Delivered by Ferretti Yachts in 2021 and refitted in 2026, Alegria II is a relatively recent example of the Ferretti 920 series. Zuccon International Project handled the exterior and interior design, while Ferretti Yachts developed the naval architecture.
Alegria II accommodates eight guests in four cabins, with a contemporary interior built around light finishes and large windows. The main saloon links directly with the aft deck through sliding glass doors, giving the guest area a strong connection with the exterior.
Outside, the yacht has separate spaces for dining, sunbathing and relaxing across the aft deck, foredeck and flybridge. A hydraulic swim platform provides sea access and also supports the Williams SportJet tender and other water equipment.
Twin MTU engines provide a reported top speed of 24 knots and a 16-knot cruising speed. The 2026 refit gave prospective buyers a more current technical and cosmetic baseline than the original 2021 delivery specification alone.
The completed sale adds another recent Ferretti 920 transaction to the brokerage market. For buyers comparing late-model flybridge yachts, the result is another indicator that well-maintained yachts with recent investment continue to attract interest when pricing and condition align.
