The Dutch-built 34m Lynx Yachts motor yacht SANCTUARY has joined Fraser's brokerage programme following major machinery and systems upgrades in 2025–26.
Fraser has added the approximately 34-metre SANCTUARY to its brokerage portfolio, with Lon McCloskey handling the sales representation. Built in the Netherlands by Lynx Yachts and delivered in 2013, the vessel combines the practical profile of a steel-hulled cruising yacht with accommodation intended for extended private travel.
Unlike a new-construction announcement, the listing concerns a yacht with an established operating history. A buyer can inspect the current machinery, interior and service documentation rather than relying solely on design specifications, but that makes the quality of records and inspection particularly important.
SANCTUARY has a published cruising speed of approximately eleven knots and an estimated cruising range of about 3,200 nautical miles. Those figures are consistent with a passage-making design whose appeal comes from endurance and comfortable operation instead of high-speed coastal runs.
The exterior design draws on work with Diana Yacht Design, while the interior is associated with Weber Yacht Design. At this size, successful long passages depend on the balance between machinery spaces, crew facilities, fuel capacity and guest accommodation, not just the maximum distance claimed in the listing.
The yacht's arrangement includes a main-deck owner's suite and additional cabins for a total of up to twelve guests across five staterooms. A skylounge provides another social setting, while large windows and multiple outdoor areas support a combination of formal and relaxed use.
Outside, the sundeck contains a hot tub, bar and barbecue, along with space for dining and lounging. These are significant hospitality features on a 34-metre yacht, although actual operating comfort will also be influenced by crew size and the service capacity available for long trips.
Fraser's listing describes substantial work carried out in 2025 and 2026, including rebuilding the main engines and transmissions and updating navigation, stabilisation and audiovisual systems. Starlink connectivity has also been installed, reflecting changing expectations for communications aboard private yachts.
Machinery overhauls are significant but need careful review: buyers should determine precisely what was replaced, whether tests and warranties are documented and how the work interacts with the remaining service life of ancillary equipment. An advertisement can describe an upgrade but cannot replace a full technical survey.
The combination of steel construction, moderate cruising speed and extensive living space places SANCTUARY in a different category from compact fast motor yachts offered at similar lengths. Prospective owners may value the combination when considering long-distance family itineraries.
The announcement confirms availability for sale, not a completed transaction or a newly commissioned refit. The next substantive updates would be a sale, a change in operating programme or independently documented further technical work.
