The 36.88-metre Sunseeker NATURAL 9 has entered the Bahamas charter market with weekly rates beginning at $120,000 plus expenses.

Northrop & Johnson has added the 36.88-metre Sunseeker NATURAL 9 to its charter fleet for cruising in The Bahamas. The 2009 tri-deck motor yacht accommodates ten guests in five staterooms and enters the market after more than $1 million in recent upgrades, with rates starting at $120,000 per week plus expenses.

A Bahamas-focused charter programme

The yacht is being marketed for itineraries across The Bahamas, including the Out Islands, Abacos, Eleuthera, Exumas and the Nassau area. Published winter rates begin at $120,000 per week before expenses, with higher-season pricing depending on dates and itinerary.

That positioning gives NATURAL 9 a clear operational role rather than simply adding another yacht to a global charter list. Her speed and outdoor spaces are intended to support island-hopping, while stabilizers are specified to improve comfort both underway and while guests are anchored.

Five cabins for ten guests

Accommodation is arranged for ten guests in five staterooms, with the full-beam owner’s suite on the main deck. Four guest cabins sit below, including convertible arrangements that allow the sleeping plan to adapt more easily for families or mixed groups.

The main salon uses large windows and warm timber finishes, while a separate skylounge gives guests an additional indoor gathering space. This division is useful on longer charters because it allows different groups to dine, watch films or relax without relying on one central salon.

Outdoor living and recent investment

The sundeck combines a Jacuzzi, bar and lounge areas, creating the principal outdoor social space when the yacht is at anchor. Separate aft-deck dining and a foredeck lounge add alternatives for meals, sunbathing and quieter time away from the main guest areas.

Northrop & Johnson says more than $1 million has been spent on recent upgrades to the yacht. The broker does not present that figure as a new-build transformation, but as investment intended to update the onboard experience and support the vessel’s return to active charter use.

MTU power and stabilised cruising

NATURAL 9 is powered by twin 1,900hp MTU 12V 2000 M94 engines, with a published cruising speed of 16 knots and a maximum of about 20.5 knots. ABT Trac zero-speed stabilizers are fitted to reduce rolling when the yacht is stopped as well as underway.

This charter announcement is separate from the yacht’s earlier brokerage activity and is being reported as a new operational offer. Availability, local cruising permissions and final charter pricing remain subject to the yacht’s booking calendar, contract terms and applicable expenses.
