The 44.5-metre Trinity SUMMERDANCE has been reduced to $15.2 million after extensive refit investment and completion of her 20-year ABS survey.

Northrop & Johnson has announced a further price adjustment for the 44.5-metre Trinity motor yacht SUMMERDANCE, taking the asking price to $15.2 million. The American-built tri-deck completed a major ten-month refit in Fort Lauderdale during 2025 and is scheduled to be available for viewings at the 2026 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show.

A new asking price ahead of Fort Lauderdale

The latest reduction is $250,000, bringing the published asking price to $15.2 million. Northrop & Johnson lists Kevin Merrigan and Kristen Klein as the brokers representing the yacht, with show viewings planned from October 28 through November 1.

The timing places SUMMERDANCE back in front of buyers shortly after Monaco and the early-autumn European show season. A boat-show appearance does not change the yacht’s contractual status, but it gives prospective buyers an opportunity to inspect the vessel and her recent work in person.

Ten months of refit work

SUMMERDANCE completed a refit valued by the brokerage at about $5 million during 2025, with the programme spanning roughly ten months in Fort Lauderdale. The work included a fresh Bonville & Associates interior scheme and a complete exterior repaint in Awlgrip Matterhorn White.

The refit followed completion of the yacht’s 20-year ABS survey in September 2024, giving the current sale campaign a substantial technical backdrop. Main-engine work, generator work and stabilizer servicing are also identified in the brokerage record, alongside updated electronics and onboard systems.

Trinity performance and accommodation

Originally delivered in 2004, the aluminium Trinity was later extended with a custom transom and swim platform, bringing her to the present 44.5-metre length. Her published performance figures include economical cruising around 10 to 12 knots and a maximum speed of about 19 knots.

Guest accommodation is arranged across five staterooms, supported by the broad social spaces expected of an American tri-deck yacht of this size. Exterior areas include aft-deck dining, bridge-deck seating and a sundeck with a bar, grill and Jacuzzi for longer periods at anchor.

A sale story centred on completed work

The significance of the latest announcement is the combination of a lower asking price with recently completed survey and refit work. Those items do not remove the need for a buyer’s own technical inspection, but they provide a clearer record of recent expenditure and maintenance.

Superyacht Guide is treating this as a brokerage price update rather than a new delivery or refit-completion announcement. The yacht’s build date, refit history, survey timing and current asking price are drawn from the broker’s official campaign materials and remain subject to change.
