Burgess has brought 73.5m Nobiskrug DYTAN to market at €75 million, offering long-range capability, substantial volume and an extensive cruising history.
Burgess has listed the 73.5-metre Nobiskrug motor yacht DYTAN for sale at an asking price of €75 million. Delivered in 2012 and refitted in 2019, the German-built yacht combines a 7,000-nautical-mile range with 1,682GT of internal volume and a cruising history that includes a global circumnavigation.
DYTAN was built by Nobiskrug in steel and aluminium to Germanischer Lloyd class and has been used extensively for long-distance cruising. Burgess says the yacht has travelled through Alaska, Costa Rica, the Galápagos, French Polynesia, Bali, the Maldives and South Africa during a documented programme of global exploration.
That operational history gives prospective buyers evidence of how the platform performs beyond short seasonal cruising. A yacht that has already completed substantial ocean mileage can also provide useful information on fuel consumption, machinery reliability, crew workflow and the practical strengths of its original design.
The yacht offers 1,682GT of internal volume and accommodates 12 guests in six cabins. The owner’s suite spans the full beam and includes a folding sea terrace, while a bridge-deck VIP and four additional guest cabins provide flexibility for family cruising or larger groups.
Guest amenities include a private cinema, gym, beach club, massage room and steam room, while an internal glass elevator links the main decks. Exterior areas add a helipad, jacuzzi, dining spaces, an outdoor cinema and a broad swim platform configured around waterside access.
Burgess says DYTAN has benefited from continued technical investment, including main-engine overhauls, a Quantum XT zero-speed stabiliser upgrade, SEA.AI thermal-camera installation and HUG emissions equipment. A full repaint was also completed as part of the yacht’s 2019 refit programme.
The yacht carries a substantial tender and water-toy inventory, including a 10-metre open limousine tender, an eight-metre RIB, jet skis, SeaBobs and diving equipment. That equipment package supports the expedition role implied by the yacht’s range and history of operating in remote cruising grounds.
DYTAN is offered at €75 million and is currently lying in Spain. Burgess positions the yacht as an opportunity for buyers seeking Northern European build pedigree, large internal volume and an established long-range platform without waiting for a comparable new-build programme.
The listing arrives in a market where transaction value has remained resilient even as overall yacht sales volumes have softened. Proven vessels with recent technical investment and documented cruising capability can therefore occupy a distinct position for buyers prioritising immediate availability and operational maturity.
