85m O’CEANIS Opens for 2027 Charter at €1.2m a Week

The 85-metre Golden Yachts project O’CEANIS has moved from a yacht under construction into a commercial proposition for the 2027 season, with Fraser now marketing her for Mediterranean charter from €1.2 million per week. That change is significant because it begins to define how the yacht will be used after delivery, turning design features shown in isolation into part of a complete guest programme.

Nine suites make capacity part of the proposition

Fraser lists O’CEANIS for up to 12 guests across nine en-suite cabins, supported by a crew of 30. The unusually generous cabin count gives charter groups more flexibility than the conventional five- or six-cabin arrangement, particularly for extended families or parties whose guests want greater separation and privacy.

The accommodation plan is paired with approximately 2,300GT of volume, a 13.2-metre beam and multiple decks devoted to social, wellness and exterior living spaces. Rather than concentrating the experience in one spectacular room, the charter proposition is spread across the yacht so that different groups can use separate areas at the same time without feeling disconnected.

A certified helipad and glass-bottom pool change arrival and deck life

Among the headline features are a certified helipad, a glass-bottom swimming pool and an owner’s balcony, elements that affect the rhythm of a charter rather than functioning only as visual talking points. Helicopter capability can shorten transfers and widen access to remote anchorages, while the pool and waterside spaces give guests alternative focal points once the yacht is settled at anchor.

Fraser also highlights a substantial beach-club and wellness programme, reinforcing the current shift toward stern areas that operate as all-day guest spaces rather than simple swim platforms. On a yacht of this volume, the value lies in being able to move between formal interiors, open decks and sea-level spaces as the day changes instead of relying on a single main saloon as the social centre.

Hybrid batteries enter the charter conversation

The brokerage specification includes hybrid battery technology alongside twin Caterpillar main engines, with cruising and maximum speeds listed at 16 and 19.5 knots respectively. The presence of batteries does not by itself define the yacht’s overall environmental performance, but it does show that electrical architecture and hotel-load management are becoming part of the feature set clients encounter when comparing very large charter yachts.

For charterers, the practical questions will be quieter operation, comfort at anchor and how the system is used by the crew in real-world service. Those operational details will become clearer after delivery, but the listing already places hybrid capability alongside the yacht’s more visible hospitality features rather than treating it as hidden machinery-room technology.

O’CEANIS now has a clear post-delivery role

Superyacht Guide recently reported on Golden Yachts’ first interior preview of O’CEANIS during Monaco Yacht Show week, where selected spaces were shown while construction continued toward a 2027 delivery. The new Fraser listing is a separate market development because it establishes the yacht’s intended charter role, published weekly rate and operating region after she enters service.

Golden Yachts therefore arrives at the final construction phase with a commercial programme already being assembled around the vessel. For the 2027 Mediterranean market, O’CEANIS will enter a small group of 80-metre-plus yachts where the competition is as much about privacy, crew service and variety of spaces as it is about sheer size.
