60m Amels MEMORIES Moves to Caribbean Charter at $485,000 for Winter 2026/27

The 60-metre Amels MEMORIES is moving from the Mediterranean into a 2026/27 Caribbean and Bahamas charter programme priced at $485,000 a week plus expenses. IYC lists the transition from 1 October, following a final 30 September Mediterranean window at €485,000 a week.

Winter season at a fixed published rate

The current IYC listing places MEMORIES in the British Virgin Islands, Leeward Islands, US Virgin Islands and Windward Islands from October through 30 April 2027. The Bahamas are offered over the same period, with both regions carrying the same published $485,000 weekly rate.

This represents a clear seasonal repositioning for a yacht delivered only in 2025. Rather than remaining in the Mediterranean after her first summer cycles, MEMORIES is being marketed across the principal Caribbean and Bahamas winter charter grounds.

Amels 60 platform with owner changes

Amels records MEMORIES as a 60-metre Limited Editions yacht delivered in 2025, with an overall beam of 10.40 metres and gross tonnage of 853 GT. Espen Øino developed the exterior design, Harrison Eidsgaard the interior and Damen Yachting the naval architecture.

The yard says the owner retained the proven Amels 60 technical platform while changing parts of the guest experience. Among the refinements are a revised sun-deck arrangement and a bridge-deck aft area configured as an open-air cinema, illustrating the Limited Editions balance between standard engineering and owner customisation.

Range and onboard configuration

Amels gives a maximum speed of 15.5 knots and a 4,500-nautical-mile range at 13 knots. IYC lists accommodation for 12 guests in six cabins with a crew of 14, together with stabilisation at anchor and a substantial watersports and fitness inventory.

The beach club includes gym equipment and a sauna, while the sun deck combines a bar, Jacuzzi and cinema-style setup. Those features support the yacht's charter role, but the more important operational point is that the underlying Amels 60 platform was designed for long-range use rather than short coastal hops alone.

A young yacht entering a second winter cycle

MEMORIES is not a new launch announcement: Damen Yachting delivered her in 2025 and confirmed that she entered charter service from delivery alongside private owner use. The current story is the yacht's next seasonal deployment and the rate now attached to that programme.

For charter clients, the published $485,000 figure is a starting contractual reference rather than an all-inclusive holiday price because expenses are additional. Dates and regions remain subject to the yacht's actual availability as the winter calendar fills.
