Burgess says the latest refit included a full Cloud White repaint and an interior cosmetic refresh, with the total programme exceeding $5 million. The work follows an extensive 2024 refit period that included the yacht’s 20-year Lloyd’s survey.
A recently completed survey and repaint can reduce some near-term ownership tasks, but they do not replace a buyer’s own technical due diligence. Machinery hours, class status, maintenance records and the detailed refit scope remain important parts of any acquisition review.
The current sale specification lists accommodation for 12 guests in five double cabins, with two additional berths within the arrangement. Thirteen crew are accommodated separately, supporting a conventional large-yacht operating model rather than a reduced-crew layout.
The interior design combines work associated with Alberto Pinto and Laura Sessa, while Terence Disdale is credited for the exterior. A sundeck Jacuzzi and at-anchor stabilisation are among the features highlighted in the current sales material.
Burgess publishes a range of 5,000 nautical miles at 11 knots, with a cruising speed of 12.5 knots and a maximum speed of 15 knots. Twin 1,200hp Cummins engines drive a conventional twin-screw arrangement.
Those figures position NITA K II as a long-range displacement yacht rather than a performance-oriented platform. Range always depends on operating profile and reserve assumptions, so a buyer should review tank capacity, engine data and passage-planning margins in the yacht’s technical documentation.
