40.9m Baglietto JULES Sold in Deal Closed on 16 September

Allied Marine announced on 28 September that the 40.9-metre Baglietto JULES has been sold, with the transaction closing on 16 September 2026. Sean Fenniman of Allied Marine represented the seller as listing broker, while Performance Marine represented the buyer. The 2024 yacht is the sixth DOM133 hull, originally launched under the name Barbara Anne.

A September transaction, announced after completion

The brokerage states that JULES changed hands in a deal closed on 16 September. Allied Marine’s subsequent 28 September report identifies its own Sean Fenniman on the listing side and Performance Marine for the buyer, without publicly naming the purchaser or disclosing the final consideration.

The timing matters: the release is new, but the contractual closing took place almost two weeks earlier. No sales price can be inferred from previous asking figures, and the announcement is not evidence of another sale after 16 September.

Hull six began life as Barbara Anne

Baglietto launched the sixth DOM133 as Barbara Anne in April 2024 before completing the 41-metre yacht for her owner. The yard’s current fleet page now identifies the same hull as JULES ex Barbara Anne, confirming the name continuity without making it a second vessel.

Stefano Vafiadis designed the exterior, while Leonardo Santi was responsible for the personalised interior. The hull and superstructure are aluminium, and the builder gives a maximum speed of 17 knots with twin Caterpillar C32 engines.

Interior changes made for life aboard

According to Allied Marine, the owner’s configuration enlarged the galley and introduced both a walk-in pantry and a dedicated stewardess pantry. The revised arrangement emphasises practical service and storage alongside the guest accommodation rather than keeping all the volume for public rooms.

Full-height salon glazing opens the outlook, while aft doors can connect the interior with the beach-club setting. A custom dining arrangement seats between ten and twelve guests, supporting the yacht’s intended balance between relaxed family use and entertaining.

A distinctive DOM133, not a model-wide specification

Baglietto’s earlier launch record identifies individual details such as the customised aft pool and upper-deck side balconies. The changes made to this hull should not be assumed to appear in every DOM133, since the line allows different owners to pursue their own layout priorities.
