Moran Yacht & Ship is marketing the 43.6m Benetti ARTHUR'S WAY at $12.9m following a reported 2026 refit and ABS survey.

Moran Yacht & Ship is marketing the 43.6-metre Benetti ARTHUR'S WAY with an advertised asking price of $12.9 million. Built in 2007, the Benetti Vision 145 has undergone further work in 2026, including an ABS survey and main-engine top-end maintenance.

The broker's listing describes a five-cabin yacht accommodating up to twelve guests with a crew of nine. Her history makes this a substantial brokerage opportunity rather than a newly launched yacht or a completed sale.

A substantial 2007 Benetti

ARTHUR'S WAY measures 43.6 metres with a beam of 9.5 metres and draft of 2.79 metres, according to Moran's detailed specification. Her enclosed volume of 456 gross tonnes contributes to the space available for accommodation and shipboard services.

Those measurements offer a first indication of scale, but they cannot explain the entire guest experience. Buyers should study the general arrangement and inspect how accommodation, circulation and technical areas have been allocated within the hull.

Refit information and class status

Moran reports a 2026 refit that included the ABS survey and top-end work on the main engines. The listing also records a dark-blue hull repaint in 2020 and superstructure painting the following winter.

These statements should be supported by the relevant survey reports, yard invoices and maintenance records before a sale proceeds. Class status is an important starting point for due diligence, although individual recommendations and future maintenance obligations must also be reviewed.

Accommodation for twelve guests

The forward main-deck owner's suite is described as full-beam and includes an office, walk-in wardrobe, ensuite bathroom and private terrace. The remaining guest accommodation consists of two VIP cabins and two twin rooms equipped with additional Pullman berths.

A nominal guest capacity does not determine every regulatory condition under which the vessel can operate. Prospective owners should verify flag requirements, the permitted onboard complement and how the sleeping arrangements work for their intended guest groups.

Mechanical specification and cruising

The broker lists two Caterpillar 3508B engines, each rated at 1,300 horsepower, and quotes a 12-knot cruise with a maximum speed of 14 knots. A stated range of about 4,000 nautical miles at cruise is associated with a fuel capacity of 63,320 litres.

Published ranges depend on assumptions about speed, fuel reserves and operating conditions. Yacht managers should request actual consumption and sea-trial records before using such figures to plan offshore passages or estimate the annual running budget.

Deck amenities and water access

Exterior features listed by Moran include teak decks, a sundeck Jacuzzi, showers and cranes for handling equipment. The yacht is also advertised with Seabobs, personal watercraft, paddleboards and diving equipment.

An inventory included in a brokerage advertisement should be checked against the exact items transferred under the contract. Service history, batteries, certification and the ability to obtain replacement parts can be as important as the sheer number of water toys offered.

Auxiliary equipment aboard

The vessel's specification includes Northern Lights generators, watermakers, Condaria air-conditioning and Naiad stabilisation. These are major elements in the technical plant required to keep guests and crew comfortable during extended stays aboard.

A pre-purchase survey should consider the practical condition of equipment operating under load, rather than checking only that it can start. Access for repair and the availability of specialist contractors may significantly affect long-term ownership costs.

A specific marketing restriction

Moran's listing states that ARTHUR'S WAY is not offered for sale or charter to US residents while in US waters. That important caveat should be taken into account before prospective buyers make arrangements to view or negotiate over the yacht.

International yacht transactions may involve tax, customs, flag and commercial-use questions specific to the vessel and the parties. Legal advice and the broker's current documents are necessary to interpret restrictions in a real proposed transaction.

Next steps for prospective purchasers

The publicly advertised $12.9 million price accompanies a detailed specification and reports of recent maintenance work. Neither that asking price nor the vessel's presentation is proof that an acquisition has been agreed.

Interested parties should obtain the formal listing, full inventory, class records, surveys and contractual terms. Any future price movement or completed sale should be reported separately once an authorised source verifies the change.
