Fraser Yachts has announced the sale of 28.95-metre Benetti BELLA VITA, with its Florida broker representing the seller following more than a year on the market.

Fraser announces a completed sale

Fraser has confirmed the sale of the 28.95-metre Benetti BELLA VITA, a Delfino 95 built in 2019. The brokerage announced the transaction on 19 October 2026, following more than a year of marketing. Lon McCloskey represented the seller through Fraser's Florida operation, while reporting by SuperYacht Times identifies Martin Allan Hills of Alexander Marine as the broker who introduced the buyer.

The final price and identity of the new owner have not been released. BELLA VITA was last advertised at an asking price of approximately $5.75 million, but that figure is not evidence of the agreed sale consideration. The transaction is a fresh ownership development for an existing yacht, not a new launch or delivery from Benetti.

Delfino 95 offers a compact superyacht footprint

BELLA VITA belongs to Benetti's Delfino 95 series and measures just under 29 metres overall, with a beam of 6.95 metres and a reported draft close to 2.1 metres. These dimensions can suit owners interested in the service and hospitality of a professional superyacht without the berthing demands of a much larger vessel. Actual berth suitability still depends on depth, approach and available manoeuvring room.

Previously named Eurus, the motor yacht carries design work by Giorgio Cassetta and Benetti. Her fibreglass structure and contemporary styling are characteristic of a production-derived superyacht in which the builder offers a well-established technical platform while allowing a degree of owner personalisation.

Main-deck suite anchors the accommodation plan

The five-cabin accommodation includes a full-beam owner's suite on the main deck, with the other guest rooms arranged below. The broker's sale announcement refers to accommodation for as many as 12 guests, while the published charter programme markets the yacht for ten. This difference can reflect operational certification or commercial arrangements and should be confirmed for a particular use rather than assumed away.

Two VIP guest suites and twin arrangements provide flexibility for groups of family members or friends. A professional crew of five supports guest services and yacht operations. At this size, a main-deck owner's suite is a valuable feature for people who want direct access to the principal social spaces rather than an accommodation area only on the lower deck.

Outdoor areas are central to the Benetti brief

The yacht offers a sundeck with seating and space for open-air dining, together with a foredeck hot tub oriented toward the view ahead. The aft deck provides another sheltered dining and lounging area, and a garage with a fold-down door supports tender access. These details make the boat suitable for voyages where time at anchor matters as much as travel between ports.

Side-deck circulation and the separation of guest spaces from working areas are important on a yacht that may be used for family holidays. A captain evaluating daily operations will consider how crew can handle lines, tenders and provisioning without disrupting guests, especially when the vessel is moored in a busy marina.

MAN propulsion and the long-range operating profile

BELLA VITA is powered by twin MAN diesel engines, with a published cruising speed around 12 knots and a maximum speed close to 15 knots. The Fraser listing quotes a maximum range approaching 2,320 nautical miles at economic speed and notes the presence of at-anchor stabilisers. These are advertised operating figures rather than results from independent trials after the latest maintenance.

The boat's more moderate speed profile reflects a different ownership proposition from high-performance planing craft. Owners may value fuel-planning flexibility and comfortable passage making between Mediterranean or Caribbean cruising grounds, although the actual range depends on conditions, displacement, fuel reserve policy and technical condition.

Recent maintenance and classification status

The yacht underwent maintenance during 2026 at Lauderdale Marine Center in Florida, according to brokerage reporting. She is described as a RINA-class vessel, and the owner's team should maintain relevant survey documentation and evidence of completed work. The public sale announcement does not provide a complete technical inventory or warrant that every piece of equipment was renewed during that maintenance period.

For a purchaser, documentation is particularly important when an established yacht changes hands. Manuals, service records, engine and generator hours, safety systems and the condition of stabilisation equipment can affect the immediate work needed before an extended cruise. None of those details can be inferred solely from the successful brokerage transaction.

The yacht's charter identity also matters

Fraser's public website has separately marketed BELLA VITA for charter, with seasonal information and guest accommodation based around her five-suite arrangement. Sale and charter programmes are distinct commercial activities; a transfer of ownership does not automatically confirm that the same charter calendar, rates or management arrangements will continue unchanged.

The broker's official sale announcement verifies the transaction, while the Fraser yacht profile records her design and principal facilities. The independent 20 October industry report identifies both sides of the brokerage representation.

BELLA VITA's sale illustrates the continuing market for sub-30-metre professionally crewed superyachts that combine a recognised builder's platform with established cruising amenities. The next stage will be the new owner's plans for the vessel, which have not yet been announced publicly.
