BENETTI RETURNS TO FLIBS WITH US PREMIERE OF THE FOURTH FAST 125’ SUPERYACHT: “LEJOS3”

The fourth unit in Benetti’s successful Fast 125’ model, “Lejos3” will be accompanied in Florida by the 33.5-meter “Mr Loui”, the second Mediterraneo 116’ superyacht from the Italian yard. Once again the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show is the chance for Benetti to show to the US market one of his most successful yacht: the Fast 125’ model. This year, “Lejos3” , the fourth Fast 125’ unit, plays the role of debutante and “Mr Loui”, the second hull of Mediterraneo 116’ is alongside her. “Lejos3” features a sleek and sporty exterior design from long-time Benetti collaborator Stefano Righini, while her stylish interior design comes from the drawing boards of British studio RWD who worked with Benetti’s Interior Style Department. The configuration of the interiors on board of “Lejos3” is “Air”: the most contemporary variant of Benetti’s interior decoration offerings (Air, Land and Sea). “Lejos3” is a testament to Benetti’s commitment to innovation in yachting and her technical features onboard includes the D2P Displacement to Planing® hull and the (AZP C65) Azipull Carbon 65 propulsion system developed in collaboration with Rolls Royce for the Benetti Fast 125’ model. The AZP C65 is an high performance, lightweight, steerable thruster that uses carbon fibre throughout. The propulsion system designed by Rolls Royce has made it possible to provide excellent handling while significantly reducing noise and vibration levels. Boasting a top speed of 22 knots , “Lejos3” has a range of 1,750 nm at a cruising speed of 12 knots. “Lejos3” will sit alongside “Mr Loui ” in the Superyacht Avenue for the duration of the annual yachting event in Florida. The second superyacht in the popular Mediteranneo 116’ model introduced in 2016, “Mr Loui” made her world debut in February at the 2018 edition of the Miami Yacht Show. Italian designer Giorgio M. Casetta is responsible for her exterior design while her owner personally selected designer Ezequiel Farca to collaborate with Benetti’s Interior Style Department for her interior design. She is characterised by extensive deck spaces, particularly notable on her 80-square-meter sun deck where guests have the freedom to walk 16 uninterrupted metres.
