Fraser has announced a further price reduction for the 62-metre Codecasa motor yacht ESMERALDA, bringing her current asking price to €10.8 million. The brokerage published the reduction on 24 August 2026 and identifies Quentin Bourgeois and Jan Jaap Minnema as the brokers handling enquiries in its latest official update.
The latest adjustment follows an earlier Fraser reduction announced in February 2026, when ESMERALDA's asking price was lowered to €12 million. The new figure therefore represents a further €1.2 million reduction as the classic Italian motor yacht remains on the sales market, according to the brokerage's earlier price announcement.
Delivered by Codecasa in 1981 and refitted in 2001, ESMERALDA combines a steel hull with an aluminium superstructure and an unusually large internal volume for her length. Fraser's current sales specification lists 1,002 GT, a 61.5-metre measured length, 10-metre beam and 4.8-metre draft.
The yacht has remained under the same ownership and a longstanding crew for more than three decades, according to Fraser.
