49.7m Delta TRITON Shifts From Alaska to South Pacific Charter for 2026/27
TRITON is closing its Alaska charter window and moving into a South Pacific programme, with the 49.7m Delta Marine explorer listed from $175,000 a …
The 46.94-metre Delta Marine superyacht USHER is on the 2026 charter market from $225,000 per week after a refit recorded for 2025.
The 46.94-metre Delta Marine motor yacht USHER is listed for 2026 charter from $225,000 per week, with Northrop & Johnson recording a 2025 refit and accommodation for 12 guests. Delivered in 2007 as MR TERRIBLE, the semi-displacement yacht combines a 24-knot-capable Delta platform with five cabins, an elevator and a substantial tender and watersports package.
Northrop & Johnson lists USHER from $225,000 per week plus expenses for the 2026 summer season and the 2026/27 winter season. The published cruising regions focus on the Bahamas and wider Americas, including the Exumas, Abacos, Harbour Island and New England during the relevant seasons.
A charter rate is not the total trip cost because taxes, provisioning, fuel and other operating expenses are additional. Dates and cruising regions also remain subject to availability, so the broker's current figures should be treated as the published starting point rather than a universal quotation.
The current listing records five guest cabins and space for 12 guests, with an elevator linking the guest accommodation to the skylounge. The interior combines African walnut flooring, Bubinga ceiling beams, woven woods and other natural materials, creating a distinctive atmosphere rather than a neutral charter specification.
Northrop & Johnson also highlights iPad-controlled audiovisual systems and a large main-salon television among the onboard amenities. Those entertainment features sit alongside zero-speed stabilisers, Wi-Fi and a deck Jacuzzi, supporting both time at anchor and longer cruising days.
Delta Marine's official fleet record identifies the yacht's original name as MR TERRIBLE and gives her semi-displacement composite construction, 46.94-metre length and twin MTU 16V4000 engines. The builder records 3,650 horsepower from each engine, reflecting a design brief that placed greater emphasis on speed than a conventional displacement explorer.
The brokerage specification gives a gross tonnage of 481 GT and identifies ABS classification. While current performance depends on loading, machinery condition and operating conditions, the design remains notably different from heavier long-range Delta yachts built primarily around economical displacement cruising.
The published inventory includes a 56-foot chase boat, a 35-foot towable tender, Sea-Doos, Seabobs, kayaks, paddleboards, wakeboard equipment and fishing gear. Northrop & Johnson also lists an inflatable watersports fun park, giving the yacht a particularly extensive activity programme for a vessel of this length.
That equipment mix helps explain USHER's current positioning in the Bahamas charter market, where shallow-water destination access and tender use can be as important as the mothership's accommodation. Availability of individual towables and tenders should still be confirmed for the requested charter dates.
