Gulf Craft's 45.25m Majesty 145 highlights a dual-pool deck arrangement, wellness spaces, recovered engine heat and semi-custom options for owners.

Gulf Craft's 45.25-metre Majesty 145 is attracting fresh attention for a combination of wellness facilities, extensive exterior living and energy-recovery engineering. A detailed presentation dated 13 October 2026 sets out how the UAE builder and Cristiano Gatto Design have approached the demands of owners who want private space, extended time aboard and more versatile ways to enjoy the water.

The current reporting concerns the Majesty 145 design and its published specifications rather than the confirmed delivery of a particular named hull. Build-stage, performance and equipment details can vary between configurations, and interested owners should obtain the final contract specification for any individual project instead of assuming that every optional feature is included.

A semi-custom 45-metre platform

The Majesty 145 measures 45.25 metres overall with a stated beam of 8.09 metres and draft of 2.27 metres. The published figures include approximately 420 gross tonnes of enclosed volume, placing the yacht below 500GT while still providing room for substantial accommodation and separate crew areas.

That volume figure is important, but it should not be confused with displacement or overall vessel weight. Buyers comparing competing designs should also review the general arrangement, headroom, technical spaces, tankage and circulation. A yacht's actual flexibility is often decided by where the space is distributed, not merely by the size on the data sheet.

Twin infinity-style pools

A pair of infinity-style pools is among the most distinctive features. One pool is positioned on the main deck and another on the sundeck, allowing an owner to separate a more social gathering area from a quieter relaxation space. Multiple terraces and seating groups help distribute guests across the decks during longer stays aboard.

Water features on a yacht represent complex installations. Structural loads change significantly when a pool is filled or emptied, while filtration, freshwater treatment, access for cleaning and secure operation underway all need to be considered. The published renderings convey design intent; the detailed engineering package is what determines how each pool operates.

A beach club with opening terraces

The aft beach club is designed around a hydraulic transformer platform and fold-down terraces, which the builder says increase the usable area by more than 40 percent when deployed. This is a substantial difference for a vessel of this length and creates closer access to swimming, tenders and watersports.

Opening sections should always be considered in the context of operating limits, weather conditions and crew supervision. Owners should verify the specific loading approvals and the maintenance arrangements for hinges, locking systems, seals and hydraulic machinery, especially where a stern platform is frequently used to handle guests or equipment.

Private wellness and residential comfort

The principal suite incorporates an infrared sauna, while further wellness facilities are planned on the upper deck, including a gym and additional sauna. Together with large windows and a warm interior palette, these elements signal a shift toward a more residential use of large yachts rather than the traditional emphasis on formal entertaining.

Wellness can influence a vessel's daily operating profile because heating, humidity control, power consumption and housekeeping all increase as more spa facilities are installed. A layout that allows owners to use these amenities independently, without interrupting the rest of the guest programme, can be more valuable than simply adding the largest possible number of leisure features.

Waste heat put to work

The builder describes a heat-recovery system that captures otherwise unused heat from engines and chillers and redirects it toward onboard energy demands. One cited application is warming the main-deck pool, reportedly capable of reaching 34 degrees Celsius within less than an hour while the yacht is underway under the stated operating conditions.

That figure is a company claim linked to a particular scenario, not a general assurance of heating performance in all climates. The concept nevertheless illustrates an important efficiency principle: heat already being produced by machinery can sometimes be reused for hot water or comfort systems instead of generated again from additional electrical or fuel demand.

Propulsion and long-range operation

The stated propulsion uses twin MTU 16V 2000 M97 engines providing approximately 4,800 horsepower in total through conventional shaft lines. Fibre-reinforced polymer construction reflects Gulf Craft's long experience with composite yachts and offers a different maintenance and structural approach from steel or aluminium superyachts.

Any prediction about range, speed or fuel consumption should be based on the final displacement, installed equipment and recorded trial conditions. Composite construction has advantages but also requires competent technical inspection and suitable repair procedures, particularly for owners who anticipate operating far from the vessel's usual support network.

Fire protection and lithium-powered toys

Safety provisions described for the yacht include water-mist fire protection and a dedicated fire-rated storage cabinet for lithium-battery equipment. The latter is particularly relevant as electric boards, scooters and tenders introduce charging and battery-storage decisions to yacht garages and watersports areas.

Battery fire risk is not eliminated merely by installing a cabinet. Ventilation, detection, isolation, approved charging procedures and crew response training all contribute to safe operation. Owners should ensure that the chosen installation meets the requirements of the vessel's flag administration, classification society where applicable and onboard safety plan.

Accommodation and personalisation

The arrangement provides six cabins for as many as twelve guests, supported by nine crew in four cabins according to the published design. Gulf Craft and Cristiano Gatto Design describe a menu of options including different stern, bow and flybridge arrangements, allowing owners to change how the yacht balances dining, privacy and outdoor activity.

Personalisation should remain coordinated with weight distribution, statutory escape routes, crew workflows and the vessel's intended itinerary. The notable news from the October presentation is not a verified sale or launch of a named yacht, but a more detailed view of the technical and lifestyle choices shaping a 45-metre semi-custom platform.
