Gulf Craft has appointed Omnia Marine Co. as the exclusive mainland-China dealer for its Majesty and Nomad yacht brands, extending the United Arab Emirates builder's sales and customer-support network across a geographically large market. The appointment, announced on 5 October 2026, covers both lines and brings Omnia Marine's existing yacht-industry relationships into the manufacturer's distribution strategy.
Omnia Marine is headquartered in Shenzhen and reports more than fifteen years of experience serving China's yacht market. Its commercial network extends through Guangzhou, Sanya, Fuzhou, Xiamen, Dalian, Qingdao and Huizhou. The breadth of those contacts matters because the needs of a yacht owner can differ markedly between southern cruising centres and northern markets.
Majesty is Gulf Craft's luxury motor-yacht marque, combining contemporary styling with large guest spaces and customisable interiors on its larger models. Nomad places greater emphasis on adventure cruising and practical layouts for owners expecting to spend extended periods aboard. Representing both offers customers alternative approaches rather than treating every purchase as the same type of vessel.
Owners should compare intended routes, accommodation needs and maintenance expectations before selecting a model. A design suited to entertaining in sheltered waters may not offer the same operating profile as a yacht prepared for longer passages. Final specifications, classification and delivery terms should be evaluated on the individual hull.
An exclusive dealer can act as the local commercial contact for enquiries, visits, specifications and owner support, while the manufacturer remains responsible for defined construction obligations under each contract. Clear communication is particularly important when contracts cross borders and the buyer, builder and intended cruising area are in different jurisdictions.
Service arrangements may also involve local contractors and travelling manufacturer's technicians. Owners should confirm warranty handling, spare-parts availability and who can authorise technical work. An appointment announcement establishes representation, but not guaranteed delivery times or a newly built service yard.
Omnia Marine managing director Brian Zhuang described the two marques as offering different approaches to ownership and expressed confidence in their prospects. Gulf Craft regional sales manager Abdul Gaffar pointed to the dealer's established relationships and geographic reach. The statements are commercial expectations, not reported completed yacht orders.
The network of offices and distributors may help potential owners compare models and engage with the shipyard, but actual project support will depend on the people and resources assigned. Documentation, technical knowledge and reliable follow-up are critical when the product is a complex yacht rather than a comparatively standard retail item.
Gulf Craft is based in the United Arab Emirates and manufactures yachts and boats under several brands, including Majesty and Nomad. Its larger motor yachts compete internationally, requiring logistics and after-sales relationships beyond the country of construction. A dealer appointment is one way of supporting access to overseas markets without implying that production has moved there.
Growing international representation can also create more regular contact between the builder and owners concerning how yachts are used in different destinations. Such feedback may influence future designs, but the company has not announced a China-specific newbuild programme as part of this appointment.
Potential buyers should seek written confirmation of authorised models, contract entities and delivery support as the representation programme develops. Any yacht orders resulting from the partnership will warrant separate reporting once confirmed. For now, the milestone is the addition of an exclusive mainland-China sales channel for two established Gulf Craft brands.
The announcement is relevant to SYG because the global superyacht market depends on distribution and support networks as well as shipyard capacity. Strong regional representation can improve communication, but owners should verify technical and contractual commitments independently.
