The 44-metre Heesen JEMS is currently listed for Mediterranean charter from €150,000 per week, with five cabins, multiple outdoor dining areas and 25-knot performance.
The 44-metre Heesen JEMS is currently listed by IYC for Mediterranean charter from €150,000 per week, with both western and eastern cruising regions shown in the broker’s programme. Built in 2009 and refitted in 2024, the aluminium yacht combines five guest cabins with a 25-knot maximum speed.
IYC lists JEMS in both the western and eastern Mediterranean, with the current base rate beginning at €150,000 per week plus expenses. The broker also publishes a 2027 rate range of €150,000 to €170,000, subject to availability, season and itinerary.
The yacht accommodates up to 10 guests in five cabins and carries an experienced charter crew, according to the current listing. France and Italy are identified among western cruising options, while Croatia and Montenegro appear in the eastern Mediterranean programme.
Heesen’s official fleet profile describes JEMS as particularly focused on outdoor living, with large sunpads, an aft lounge and a bar overlooking the deck jacuzzi. Two principal exterior dining areas are supplemented by a convertible sun-deck bar area that can become a third dining setting.
IYC adds a fitness area and multiple entertainment zones to that layout, together with a substantial watersports inventory and chase tender. Those features allow the yacht to divide active and quieter guest use across different decks rather than concentrating activity around one aft terrace.
Heesen records JEMS as a 44-metre aluminium semi-displacement yacht of approximately 450GT, with exterior lines by Omega Architects. The yard credits the interior to Omega Architects and Eric Benqué, with convertible furniture used to make the guest spaces more adaptable.
Twin MTU 16V 4000 M90 engines provide the power behind the builder’s stated 25-knot maximum speed, while the design range is 3,200 nautical miles at 12 knots. Zero-speed Naiad stabilisation is also included in Heesen’s original technical specification.
The IYC listing quotes JEMS from €150,000 per week plus expenses, rather than as an all-inclusive rate. The published particulars also show a 16-knot cruising speed, allowing itineraries to cover more distance than many displacement yachts of similar length.
