OceanWorld Group has joined Wider’s shareholding structure through a capital increase intended to support international growth and product expansion.
OceanWorld Group has entered the shareholding structure of Wider Luxembourg as part of a strategic agreement designed to support the builder’s next growth phase. The transaction is being completed through a capital increase subscribed by the new investor.
Wider says the entry will be gradual and is planned to complete by the end of 2026. The new capital is intended to support international expansion and continued development of the company’s yacht portfolio.
The partnership strengthens Wider’s financial base at a time when the yard is developing hybrid superyachts and large catamaran platforms. Management says the funding will help increase production capability and broaden the range without changing the brand’s technology-led identity.
OceanWorld is being presented as more than a passive financial investor. Wider says the relationship is built around a shared view of international growth and long-term positioning in advanced yacht construction.
For Wider, the agreement arrives as the company increases its visibility in both monohull and multihull segments. A stronger capital structure can make it easier to fund new tooling, facilities and product development before individual sales are secured.
The deal also reflects continued investor interest in yacht builders with differentiated technology. Wider’s hybrid systems and design-led product strategy give the company a clear identity as it prepares for broader international expansion.
