Pershing will stage the world premiere of the 27.97m GTX90 at Cannes Yachting Festival 2026. The four-cabin Sport Utility Yacht pairs twin MAN V12X engines with Castoldi waterjets.
Pershing will present the GTX90 at Cannes Yachting Festival 2026, where the 27.97-metre model is confirmed among the event’s world premieres. The appearance follows the launch of the first GTX90 and moves the new Sport Utility Yacht into its first world-premiere show presentation.
The Cannes Yachting Festival runs from 8 to 13 September 2026, placing the new Pershing on display during one of the major Mediterranean yacht-show weeks of the season. The world-premiere billing distinguishes the Cannes appearance from the earlier launch milestone and gives the completed model its formal international show debut.
At 27.97 metres overall with a 6.89-metre beam, the GTX90 combines a substantial deck footprint with accommodation for up to eight guests in four cabins. Vallicelli Design is responsible for the design of the new model, which expands Pershing’s GTX family in a size range just below 28 metres.
A 37-square-metre cockpit forms one of the GTX90’s principal exterior areas and provides a large open section at the stern. Above, a 33-square-metre sportbridge adds a second major outdoor level, extending the usable guest space across the yacht’s upper deck.
The layout is supported by a double garage, adding dedicated storage within the yacht’s 27.97-metre overall length. Together with the four-cabin guest arrangement, the cockpit, sportbridge and garage define the principal space-planning features highlighted for the first GTX90.
Propulsion is provided by twin MAN V12X engines rated at 2,200 hp each and coupled to Castoldi TurboDrive 600 HCT waterjets. This gives the GTX90 a waterjet propulsion package built around two high-output V12 engines rather than a conventional propeller arrangement.
The GTX90 also carries CE Class A certification, adding an important technical specification to the new model’s published profile. Its propulsion system, accommodation plan and exterior areas will all form part of the yacht presented at Cannes during the six-day festival.
Cannes therefore represents a separate development from the launch of the first Pershing GTX90, with the completed yacht now moving to its official world-premiere appearance. The event gives Pershing a public platform for the 27.97-metre model after the construction and launch phase documented earlier in the year.
With the GTX90 confirmed in the official world-premiere line-up, attention at Cannes will centre on the yacht’s four-cabin layout, 37-square-metre cockpit, 33-square-metre sportbridge and waterjet propulsion. The model is scheduled to make that debut when the Cannes Yachting Festival opens on 8 September 2026.
