Sanlorenzo has launched the 25.5-metre SHE at its Ameglia facility ahead of the yacht’s world premiere at the 2026 Cannes Yachting Festival. The Heritage model is intended to reinterpret the proportions and restraint of classic Italian yachts from the 1960s through contemporary engineering.
Zuccon International Project developed the exterior while Piero Lissoni shaped the interior direction. Sanlorenzo positions the yacht as a deliberately compact expression of its wider design philosophy rather than simply a smaller version of an existing range.
SHE pairs traditional visual references with a modern propulsion package and updated onboard systems. The model uses Volvo Penta IPS hybrid technology, allowing electric operation alongside conventional propulsion and giving the project a technical identity that contrasts with its classic appearance.
The interior and exterior architecture focus on balance, natural light and carefully controlled proportions. Sanlorenzo says the result is intended to age well visually rather than depend on short-lived styling cues.
Sanlorenzo says the first five units had already been sold to owners before the model’s official public presentation. That early demand gives the yard a commercial signal before SHE begins appearing in front of the wider market at major boat shows.
At 25.5 metres, SHE sits just above the threshold separating the luxury-yacht and superyacht sectors used by Superyacht Guide. Its Cannes debut will therefore introduce a new entry point into Sanlorenzo’s larger-yacht ownership experience while remaining unusually compact by the brand’s standards.
