44m Sanlorenzo ANNABELLA Sold Through Burgess Asia
Burgess has confirmed the sale of the 44m Sanlorenzo Alloy ANNABELLA, describing it as its Asia team's fifth yacht sale of 2026.
YACHTZOO is now central agent for the 28.08-metre Citadel-built expedition trawler SARAH LISSA, listed in Fort Lauderdale for $6.45 million.
YACHTZOO has been appointed central agent for the sale of SARAH LISSA, a 28.08-metre custom expedition trawler delivered by Citadel Yachts in 2010. The brokerage company announced the mandate on 13 October and lists the vessel at $6.45 million, described as tax paid. It says SARAH LISSA is in Fort Lauderdale and is available for private inspection by arrangement.
The appointment is news because it identifies the broker currently marketing the vessel and supplies an asking price. It should not be confused with a completed sale or a newly built yacht. Originally named MISS LISA, the vessel was commissioned for an experienced cruising owner, with practical range and reliable access to onboard technical equipment prominent in the builder's brief.
SARAH LISSA uses a steel hull under an aluminium superstructure, a combination often selected on expedition-oriented yachts for structural robustness. The quoted cruising range is approximately 2,250 nautical miles at 10 knots, powered by twin Caterpillar C18 engines. Key Power active fin stabilisers and both bow and stern thrusters are among the equipment identified in YACHTZOO's announcement.
A published range remains an indicative capability rather than a promise for every voyage. Sea state, fouling, fuel reserves and electrical loads can affect practical autonomy, and purchasers should ask to review fuel calculations alongside engine, generator and tank records. The brokerage material also describes an engine room designed with service access in mind, a valuable consideration for crews planning extended passages.
The yacht accommodates eight guests in four en-suite cabins, including a main-deck owner's suite. Joseph Artese is credited with its interior design, combining rich timber finishes and a conventional formal dining area with a more informal panoramic sky lounge. Rather than prioritising only showpiece guest areas, the arrangement includes a substantial full-beam professional galley.
YACHTZOO says the galley has a central island, generous cold storage and an informal dining space that can seat nine people. This kind of working space can make an important difference for family cruising and extended stays aboard, where food preparation and storage are frequent operational demands. Outside, wide side decks support movement around the vessel and make some routine deck tasks easier.
The broker records important investment in 2025, including major top-end overhauls on the main engines, replacement teak decks, new variable-speed air-conditioning chillers and improvements to shore power and water-making equipment. A refit year of 2026 is also stated on the brokerage listing. Buyers should examine the underlying yard invoices, warranties and sea-trial results to understand the precise scope and quality of these works.
The listed 17-foot AB tender and dedicated crane add to the expedition proposition but require routine checks like any other lifting equipment. SARAH LISSA's newly announced availability widens the choice of long-range yachts above 24 metres. The next material milestone will be a confirmed contract or ownership transfer, not an assumption that the listing will sell at its asking price.
