H2 Yacht Design Launches Exterior Fabric Collection with Miscimasci

An exterior collection built around deck life

H2 Yacht Design has introduced a collection of exterior textiles developed with Italian fabric specialist Miscimasci. The range is intended for outdoor yacht furnishings and draws on the London- and Nice-based studio’s experience designing both interiors and exteriors.

The announcement was published on 25 August 2026 and represents a product-design development rather than the reveal of a new vessel. H2 describes the collection as specifically conceived for living spaces exposed to the light and changing character of the sea.

Colour and texture from the marine setting

The design language takes inspiration from warm teak, pale hull finishes and the colours visible from an open deck. Patterns and textures are intended to work alongside a yacht’s existing scheme instead of introducing a disconnected decorative layer.

The studio has also used the shape of its own identity as a subtle influence on the range. A coherent palette can support a larger custom interior, although final choices should be checked against the individual yacht’s exterior specification.

Furnishings beyond fixed seating

H2 says the range can be used for exterior upholstery, scatter cushions and jacuzzi bolsters. It describes the fabrics as washable and straightforward to maintain, addressing an important practical issue where seating is exposed to marine use.

Actual installation, care, UV resistance and suitability for a particular application must be checked against product information rather than inferred from a visual photograph. Upholstery and covers also need to work with the yacht’s overall maintenance programme.

Availability through the design studio

The collection is currently offered exclusively to H2 Yacht Design clients, not as a generally available retail fabric line. Its partnership with Miscimasci joins a design studio’s custom brief with an established Italian textile supplier.
