Tankoa's 49.9-metre VERTIGE reaches a clear seasonal transition on 30 September, with IYC showing a €270,000-per-week Mediterranean rate through today before Caribbean and Bahamas availability begins on 1 October. The 2017 yacht was refitted in 2023 and accommodates 12 guests in six cabins.
IYC lists West and East Mediterranean availability on 30 September at €270,000 per week plus expenses. From 1 October 2026 through 30 April 2027, the same current page shows winter availability in the Caribbean and Bahamas, with rates from $270,000 to $285,000 per week.
That date-specific schedule gives the story a genuine current marker rather than simply repeating an evergreen charter profile. Actual repositioning, delivery fees and individual itinerary feasibility still need to be confirmed for a specific booking.
The current specification gives VERTIGE six guest cabins for 12 people, a 14-knot cruising speed and a 16-knot maximum speed. The 2017 Tankoa build is listed with a 2023 refit, placing her between newer S501 yachts and the yard's first-generation large custom projects.
IYC describes both a master suite and VIP cabin on the main deck, with the remaining accommodation below. That arrangement gives two principal cabins easier access to the main social deck while retaining enough lower-deck capacity for larger charter groups.
The charter presentation highlights a sundeck with Jacuzzi, bar and lounging areas, together with shaded dining and an open-air cinema. Underway and zero-speed stabilisers are also specified, supporting guest comfort both during passages and while anchored.
The toy inventory includes Jet Skis, Seabobs, paddle boards and a Novamarine chase boat among other equipment. As with any charter yacht, the detailed inventory should be confirmed before embarkation because service, replacement and regional operating restrictions can change individual items.
VERTIGE illustrates the way larger charter yachts shift between Mediterranean summer demand and Caribbean or Bahamas winter programmes. The published changeover between 30 September and 1 October makes that seasonal movement visible in a single current broker listing.
