Vitters is sponsoring the 2026 Cyclades Cup in Antiparos, where three Vitters-built sailing superyachts are entered to race.
Vitters is sponsoring the third edition of the Cyclades Cup, held in Antiparos from 10 to 13 June. The Dutch yard will also be represented on the water by INOUI, LA BELLE and W MAGIC.
The event has positioned itself as an owner-focused performance-sailing regatta rather than a conventional large commercial show. Its setting and smaller fleet give participating owners and crews more time on the water and more direct interaction ashore.
Vitters has built its reputation around custom sailing yachts that combine cruising capability with serious regatta performance. The Cyclades Cup gives the yard a live environment in which those design and engineering choices can be seen under race conditions.
The presence of three yachts from the same builder also creates a useful comparison between different generations and briefs. Each yacht has its own owner programme, but all reflect the yard’s emphasis on lightweight engineering and reliable sail handling.
Vitters says the partnership reflects shared values around seamanship and owner participation. The regatta was created with the Yacht Club of Greece around a by-owners-for-owners philosophy.
For the shipyard, supporting events like this keeps the yard connected with yachts long after delivery. Owners and crews provide practical feedback from racing and cruising that can influence future service and new-build work.
