Williams Jet Tenders will make the North American debut of TurboJet MX at FLIBS 2026 alongside sister brand Evene and its 5.7m Origin 57 superyacht tender.
Williams Jet Tenders and sister company Evene Tenders have confirmed US exhibition debuts at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, scheduled for 28 October to 1 November 2026. Williams will show its TurboJet 280MX and 320MX range to the North American market, while Evene will present its Origin 57 on a neighbouring stand.
The British Marine announcement dated 8 October describes the appearance as a significant step for both businesses in the United States, rather than the launch of entirely unannounced global products. Williams is already promoting its compact TurboJet MX models elsewhere, while Evene has previously introduced the Origin 57 to European customers. Fort Lauderdale is therefore an important market debut, not the first disclosure of either design.
The 2.79-metre TurboJet 280MX is specified with a 60hp BRP Rotax ACE 903 engine, seating for three adults and one child, and a quoted maximum of 42 miles per hour. The 3.19-metre TurboJet 320MX uses a 90hp engine and accommodates four adults and one child, with a quoted top speed of 45 miles per hour.
Williams is positioning the models as more accessible alternatives within its jet-tender range, with a lower advertised entry price than some comparable products. Its company-supplied comparison also refers to reduced weight, but buyers should confirm exact ready-to-use mass and fitment against their current tender instead of applying a category-wide percentage saving to every vessel.
Evene's Origin 57 measures 5.7 metres and is designed for parent yachts above 30 metres. It can carry up to nine guests and uses a Petestep hull architecture intended to manage spray, comfort and hydrodynamic performance. Its features include cork decking, removable upholstery options, Raymarine Axiom navigation equipment and selectable finishes.
The manufacturer lists a Yanmar 4LV diesel engine suitable for HVO100 fuel, with potential lifecycle emissions reductions compared with conventional diesel depending on feedstock and fuel supply. That does not mean the engine produces zero tailpipe emissions or that every fuel supplied under the HVO designation has the same carbon impact. Technical buyers should review the appropriate engine and fuel approvals.
Superyacht tender purchasing requires exact measurements and an assessment of how passengers board, where equipment is stored and how the craft will be launched and recovered. Some yachts require a compact jet tender that fits entirely inside a garage; others use a larger luxury tender operating from a support vessel or external stowage position.
Fuel specification, marine electronics integration, guest comfort and service access may be more important than the highest brochure speed for a yacht that makes repeated short transfers. Tenders should also be assessed against the parent vessel's lifting arrangements, accepted passenger capacity and maintenance programme. The show gives captains and shipyard representatives a chance to compare the models before choosing a configuration.
Williams Tenders USA plans to occupy stand 1037 at Fort Lauderdale with several existing tender models alongside the MX range. Evene will occupy stand 1039 with the Origin 57. The two businesses describe the joint presence as an opportunity to meet existing owners and extend their reach into North America.
