Wynn Al Marjan Island has revealed a 98-berth marina in Ras Al Khaimah for yachts up to 85 metres, with IGY Marinas appointed to oversee operations.
Wynn Resorts has revealed plans for a 98-berth marina at its Wynn Al Marjan Island development in Ras Al Khaimah. The marina is designed for yachts up to 85 metres and is scheduled to open with the wider resort in 2027.
IGY Marinas has been appointed to oversee the facility, linking the project with an operator already active across several international superyacht destinations. Visiting guests are expected to have direct access from their yachts to the resort’s accommodation, restaurants, wellness, retail and entertainment areas.
Wynn says the facility will provide a significant concentration of berths for larger yachts within a hotel-attached marina. The circular harbour layout is intended to remain visually integrated with nearby rooms, terraces and public waterfront spaces rather than operating as a separate back-of-house marina.
A central Capitainerie will combine marina operations, concierge services and support for captains and crew. Provisioning, guest registration and arrival assistance are also planned, creating a service model aimed at both the vessel’s operational team and resort guests.
The project expands the range of large-yacht infrastructure available in the United Arab Emirates beyond the established centres in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Ras Al Khaimah’s location gives yacht itineraries another stop within the Gulf while supporting the emirate’s wider push into high-end tourism.
For captains and charter planners, the key tests will be berth availability, technical support, provisioning and the efficiency of arrival procedures once the marina opens. The combination of IGY management and direct resort access gives Wynn Marina a clear superyacht positioning before its planned 2027 launch.
