OCEAN NESS, HAVILA TIGRIS
PROJECT MASTER
PROJECT MASTER is a 70m explorer conversion underway at ICON Yachts in the Netherlands. Fraser's current sales profile lists approximately 2,801 GT, accommodation for 12 guests in six staterooms with 25 crew, a 15m beam, 4.5m draft, 10-knot cruising speed, 14-knot maximum speed and 6,700nm range.
The project is based on the former North Sea emergency response and rescue vessel OCEAN NESS, originally built in Norway by Kleven Verft in 2001 as HAVILA TIGRIS. ICON Yachts records the original commercial-vessel lineage and identifies ICON / Conoship as naval architect for the conversion, with exterior design by Espen Øino and interiors by Winch Design.
Fraser currently markets PROJECT MASTER at €99.5 million and lists the yacht with a 2027 build year while stating that delivery is scheduled for 2028. The conversion completed a technical launch in Harlingen on 7 July 2025 before moving into ICON Yachts' dry dock for outfitting. Because the project combines a 2001 working-vessel platform, a 2025 technical launch and a current 2027 brokerage build-year label, Superyacht Guide leaves the canonical build and launch year fields unset until the conversion is completed, while preserving those dated milestones in the project record.

Yacht intelligence
A dynamic record assembled from Superyacht Guide yacht data, sourced ownership records, construction milestones, valuations, sale listings and related reporting.
Names are displayed as recorded in Superyacht Guide. Their chronological order is not implied unless supported by dated evidence.
No sourced ownership record is currently published for this yacht.
Current public Fraser asking price observed on 25 August 2026. This is a source-backed asking price, not a Superyacht Guide current editorial valuation and not a completed sale price.
Values and running costs are estimates unless explicitly identified as documented transaction figures.
Permanent Superyacht Guide market records showing estimates, asking prices and, where verified in future, documented transaction or financial values.
The line connects different types of recorded monetary values for visual context. An estimated value, asking price and documented sale price are not economically equivalent measures.
Dated milestones and Superyacht Guide records, ordered chronologically.
Superyacht Guide distinguishes sourced records, estimates and reported information. Evidence shown here reflects sources attached to this yacht record and may be updated as new verified information becomes available.
157 public marina records are recorded with a maximum yacht length of at least 70.00 m.
Dynamically matched using recorded dimensions, broad yacht type, estimated value, launch era and builder, with gross tonnage and speed used only where comparable data exists.
Similarity is calculated from recorded Superyacht Guide data. A high match score does not imply identical design, condition, specification or market availability.
