Northrop & Johnson has reduced the asking price of the 27.35-metre Dominator Ilumen 28M ZALANKA by €500,000 to €3.94 million.
Northrop & Johnson has announced a €500,000 reduction on the 27.35-metre Dominator ZALANKA, bringing the asking price to €3.94 million. Built in 2018 as a Dominator Ilumen 28M, the yacht is represented by Edoardo Turati and Gabriele Modica Ragusa from the brokerage firm's Monaco office.
ZALANKA has remained with the same owner since new and has been used privately rather than commercially. That ownership history, combined with the price adjustment, gives buyers a straightforward basis for assessing condition, maintenance records and the value of a relatively recent semi-displacement yacht.
The GRP yacht has exterior design by Alberto Mancini and interiors by Luca Catino, with accommodation for 10 guests in five cabins. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring light into the main deck, while the full-beam owner's suite has its own direct access to a private foredeck terrace.
Outdoor areas include a flybridge with a jacuzzi, sunpads, bar and seating, together with a hydraulic beach club at the stern. The garage is arranged for a Williams SportJet 395, a Sea-Doo Spark and two Seabobs, giving the yacht a substantial water-toy package within a sub-30-metre platform.
ZALANKA cruises at about 11.5 knots and has a maximum speed of 14.5 knots, with a fuel capacity of roughly 11,400 litres. Those figures reflect a design focused more on comfort, volume and efficient cruising than on the high speeds associated with planing sports yachts of similar length.
The revised €3.94 million asking price sharpens ZALANKA's position against other late-model yachts around the 28-metre mark. Buyers comparing new-build lead times with immediate availability can now weigh the yacht's single-owner history, five-cabin arrangement and existing equipment against the cost of commissioning a new platform.
