Burgess has reduced the 29.9m Sunseeker 100 Yacht FAMILY SPIRIT by almost €2 million to a new asking price of €10.995 million.
Burgess has announced a substantial reduction on the 29.9-metre Sunseeker 100 Yacht FAMILY SPIRIT, bringing the asking price to €10.995 million following a change of currency. Delivered in 2024, the yacht combines the large outdoor areas of Sunseeker’s 100 Yacht platform with a private owner’s foredeck terrace and stabilisation both underway and at anchor.
FAMILY SPIRIT was delivered in 2024, making her one of the more recent yachts in the 30-metre brokerage sector. Burgess says the latest adjustment amounts to almost €2 million and places the yacht at €10.995 million with immediate availability.
For buyers comparing recent-build yachts against new construction, the combination of age and immediate delivery can be significant. It removes the waiting period associated with a factory order while retaining much of the appeal of a current-generation platform.
A defining feature of the Sunseeker 100 Yacht layout is the main-deck owner’s suite with direct access to a private foredeck terrace. This gives the owner a dedicated outdoor area separate from the principal guest spaces and creates a stronger connection between the suite and the exterior.
The yacht’s remaining accommodation and social areas are arranged around extended cruising and entertaining. Large windows, broad exterior decks and multiple seating zones give guests choices between privacy, dining and open-air relaxation.
The flybridge includes sunbathing areas, a custom bar and dining space, making it one of the main guest areas aboard. A separate forward lounge adds another outdoor zone, while the aft sections are designed to maintain easy access to the water and watersports activities.
Stabilisation operates both underway and at anchor, an important comfort feature on a yacht expected to spend substantial time stationary in Mediterranean cruising areas. It also broadens the yacht’s appeal for owners planning longer periods aboard rather than short day use.
Burgess is marketing FAMILY SPIRIT from the South of France, where the yacht is available for inspection. The new asking price places a nearly new example of Sunseeker’s 100 Yacht line into direct comparison with older custom and semi-custom yachts of similar length.
Condition, machinery history, warranty position and upcoming maintenance requirements will remain central to any purchase decision. The principal brokerage change, however, is the revised €10.995 million asking price and the fact that the yacht can be acquired without a construction programme.
