Fraser has announced a price reduction for the 31.8m Mangusta 104 REV EREIVA, now asking €8.95 million.
Fraser has reduced the asking price of the 31.8-metre Overmarine Mangusta 104 REV EREIVA to €8.95 million. Delivered in 2023 and retained by her original owner, the 165GT motor yacht combines Lobanov Design styling, 35-knot performance, four guest cabins and Seakeeper stabilisation in one of the newest examples of the Mangusta Maxi Open line currently on the brokerage market.
Twin 2,600hp MTU engines give EREIVA a published maximum speed of 35 knots and a cruising speed of about 25 knots. The yacht’s shallow 1.5-metre draft and high-performance composite hull are intended to support fast coastal passages and access to anchorages that can be restrictive for deeper-draft displacement yachts.
A Seakeeper stabilisation system provides additional comfort at anchor, balancing the performance focus with the expectations of modern guest use. For buyers comparing fast yachts in this size range, machinery hours, drivetrain condition and recent servicing will be important alongside headline speed.
EREIVA is described by Fraser as the first Mangusta Maxi Open of this model designed by Igor Lobanov. Floor-to-ceiling glazing and a low, contemporary profile give the yacht a markedly different character from earlier generations of open Mangusta models.
The yacht has a beam of 7.1 metres and a gross tonnage of 165GT, creating more interior volume than its performance-led profile might suggest. Large areas of glazing bring natural light into the main salon and reinforce the connection between the interior and exterior spaces.
Accommodation is provided for up to 10 guests in four staterooms, including a full-beam owner’s suite amidships with large hull windows. Four crew are accommodated separately, supporting private operation while keeping the overall crew footprint relatively compact for a yacht over 30 metres.
The aft deck is a major part of the layout, with roughly 30 square metres dedicated to dining and social use. It connects directly with the salon, while the flybridge adds further sunbathing and entertainment space above.
Fraser’s latest reduction brings the asking price to €8.95 million for a 2023-delivered yacht that remains under the same ownership as when new. The combination of recent build date and immediate availability may be particularly relevant to buyers who want to avoid a new-build waiting period.
EREIVA is represented by Fraser and is currently offered as a nearly new high-performance option in the 30-metre brokerage sector. A pre-purchase survey, maintenance review and verification of class and machinery records remain essential before any transaction.
